An apology.......and Chili!!!

Gee...it has been quite a while since I have written anything. To those who read my blog often, I am sorry for the lack of updates. With Halloween and scouts and all the other things we have going on, I haven't even had a second to myself. But, here I am, and I brought my chili recipe!

First, gather your supplies.

 Brown and drain ground beef.

Saute Onions.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and kidney beans.

Now, add spices and water.

Allow to simmer for an hour to meld all the flavors.

Make a slurry of cornstarch and water. Add this if you like a thicker, heartier chili.....like me!

Don't forget to serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped onions.

Now for the recipe!

Add tomatoes and kidney beans.
